How are Door Scores calculated?+

Every company gets a 0–100 score computed the same way, from public data: Google rating adjusted for sample size (55%), track record like licensing and years in business (20%), review volume (15%), and reachability (10%). Pillars with no data are excluded, never counted as zero. The full formula is on our methodology page.

Can a company pay for a better score?+

No. Scores are computed from public data and cannot be bought, raised, or suppressed. Advertising on DoorScores buys labeled placement only — never points, and never a change in ranking within score-ordered lists.

Is DoorScores free to use?+
